We started our Malaysian food deliveries during lockdown as a way to make sure we could keep feeding our customers and make Malaysian food accessible to everyone!
Our dishes are sent chilled and ready to heat and eat (no kitchen skills required!)
All orders are sent out from our kitchen on Wednesday the week after you place your order and will be delivered via Parcel Force next day delivery so you will receive it on Thursday.
You need to place your order by Sunday night in order to receive it the following week
You will receive a tracking number on Wednesday to check the status of your Parcel and get your delivery timeslot for the following day.
Once your parcel is with the courier it's fate is out of our hands and we are not liable for any misdelivered packages due to incorrect delivery information provided to us so PLEASE CHECK you have entered the correct details.
Unfortunately, we can't control delays that may occur with the courier, the best way for you to get information is to contact your local Parcel Force depot. Your order will remain at a safe temperature in the box for 48 hours, as long as you receive it by Friday and put it straight in the fridge it will be absolutely fine to eat. If there are delays past this time please throw away any chilled items and we will replace your order the following week and issue a complaint with Parcel Force.
