Anchovy Sambal: Made with fried anchovies and belacan for a rich and addictive umami flavour. We recommend having this with your Nasi Lemak, as the lower spice level means you can pour it all over your rice! MEDIUM

Sambal: A spicy Malaysian chilli sauce packed full of heat and layered with flavour, and a Farm Shop and Deli Silver Award winner. Great on its own or in a wide variety of recipes, including spag bol! HOT

Sambal Belacan: A very hot chilli sauce with deep umami notes from fermented shrimp paste. VERY HOT
