Our Sambal trio bundle is here for all you sambal lovers!

Here’s a little bit about each of our sambal sisters:

The Sambal: A spicy Malaysian chilli sauce packed full of heat and layered with flavour. Sambal can be found all over Malaysia and every home and restaurant will have their own version. Ours has a depth of flavour that means it’s great on it’s own but can also be used for wide variety of recipes – including spag bol! HOT

Sambal Belacan: A very hot chilli sauce with deep umami notes from fermented shrimp paste. VERY HOT

Sambal Ikan Bilis: This chilli sauce is made with crispy anchovies and belacan for a rich and addictive umami flavour. We would recommend having this with your Nasi Lemak as the lower spice level means you can pour it all over your rice! MILD

Once opened, can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Orders will be delivered on Thursdays – please check our delivery calendar for available dates at checkout page. Orders need to be placed by the Monday before delivery date.

You need to place your order by Monday night to receive it that week.

Orders are sent out from our kitchen on Wednesday via Parcel Force next day delivery and will be with you on Thursday, barring any unforeseen delays. We send frozen food out in specially insulated boxes.
