Satay Marinade: A special paste blend with lemongrass, turmeric, coriander, fennel and coconut sugar. Just marinate your protein (chicken, fish, veg, anything!) overnight, skewer and cook!

Peanut Sauce (Great Taste Award): A rich sauce full of dark roasted skin on peanuts, lemongrass, galangal and tamarind that can be eaten hot or cold with your satay. We also add this to salads and rice bowls for some extra umami!
