Directions

1. Pat the chicken wings dry with some kitchen roll.

2. Coat in baking powder and garlic powder and cover as much of the surface as possible.

3. Cook chicken wings on your BBQ, air fryer or oven (however you like them!), just make sure they’re cooked all the way through.

4. Whilst your chicken is cooking, make the glaze by mixing The Sambal with honey.

5. Once chicken is cooked brush with the Sambal/honey mixture … and MAKAN!
