A vegan twist on a Malaysian street food classic! Wheat noodles in a rich dark mushroom and soya sauce, lightly spiced with white pepper. Served with veggie dumplings, pickled chilli and char siu roasted tofu steaks. Add your own garlic greens!
Each set contains 2 portions of 2 (4 in total) that can be eaten all at once or split and saved for later.
Wantan Noodles 2 x 200g – thick and delicious!
Wantan Sauce 2 x 200g – sweet dark soya sauce with mushrooms to coat your noodles
Veggie Dumplings x 12pcs – have on the side or mixed in with your dish
Pickled Green Chilli x 2 tubs – for some refreshing heat
Completely defrost in fridge for 24-48 hours.
Boil for 6 minutes then empty your noodles into the dumpling pot and continue to boil for 4 minutes, loosening the noodles with a fork.
Try to keep the noodles separate from dumplings.
Turn off your hobs and drain the water from both pots
Place your noodles in a bowl, carefully pour the sauce over the noodles and mix, add on your dumplings and char siu to your plate. Enjoy with your pickled green chillies!
