Eat it the Malaysian way as a condiment to any dish, cook into stir fries & curries or simply mix into dishes for a flavour punch

Wok sauce: your culinary secret weapon, ginger soy magic

The soy sauce to replace all soy sauces. Make the best fried rice, fried noodles and stir fry dishes without the need for any other other seasoning, just be sure to cook on a high heat!

These two sauces are pilot designs ahead of a launch of a new range of products aimed in June 2024.

Size: each jar is 300mL

The Sambal: Chilli, shallots, ginger, garlic, galangal, tamarind, sugar, salt, sunflower oil

Wok Sauce: Soya sauce, ginger, garlic, white pepper, sugar

Allergens

Sambal: none
Wok sauce: Gluten, soya

Delivery

Orders will be delivered on alternate Thursdays – please check our delivery calendar for available dates at checkout page. Orders need to be placed by the Sunday before delivery date.

You need to place your order by Sunday night to receive it the following week.

Orders are then cooked and sent out from our kitchen on Wednesday via Parcel Force next day delivery and will be with you on Thursday, barring any unforeseen delays. We send chilled food out in specially insulated boxes that will keep food cool for up to 48 hours.
