Satay marinade: shallots, lemongrass, gula melaka , ginger, garlic, tamarind, galangal, coriander powder, fennel powder, cumin powder, salt

Peanut sauce: peanuts, water, shallots, gula melaka, lemongrass, oil, garlic, tamarind, dried chillies, salt, tamari

Coconut rice: rice, coconut milk, pandan, lemongrass, salt

Vegan egg: chickpea flour, garam masala, tumeric, garlic powder, black salt
Allergens

Tofu has soya, peanut sauce has nuts.

Allergens that are packed separately: egg, peanuts and ikan bilis(crispy anchovies)

Heating Instructions

PEANUT SAUCE: Ready to eat or warm over medium flame on hob / in a microwave for 6 minutes. Add water if it gets too dry

SATAY:

Heat in oven at 200C for 15 minutes , brush with oil and rotate half way through. 

or

Brush with oil and grill on BBQ until piping hot all the way through

Ensure that food is piping hot before eating

Delivery

All orders will be delivered on Thursday the week after you place your order.
You need to place your order by Sunday night to receive it the following week.

Orders are then cooked and sent out from our kitchen on Wednesday via Parcel Force next day delivery and will be with you on Thursday, barring any unforeseen delays. We send chilled food out in specially insulated boxes that will keep food cool for up to 48 hours.
