VEGAN Laksa for 2

A coconut broth with vermicelli noodles and all the toppings! Curry Laksa was one of our favourite dishes to share growing up - Sue would eat all the seafood bits and Kat would eat the tofu and then we'd fight over the noodles - and we think that's how it should be eaten! ....We no longer fight with this vegan version! 


Our Laksa portion is for 2 people and you can either fight it out in a giant bowl or split it into two bowls.. either way, it's going to taste great!

Each Laksa kit for 2 includes:

- Laksa broth with chx chunks(soya) and edamame (soya)

- 130g dried noodles

- 4 soy skin knots

- Tofu puffs

- Beansprouts

- Grated carrot

- Vegan egg (not pictured) 

- Lime

All our chilled food is delivered ready to heat! Store in the fridge until best before date 

All orders will be delivered on Thursday the week after you place your order.

You need to place your order by Sunday night to receive it the following week.

Orders are then cooked and sent out from our kitchen on Wednesday via Parcel Force next day delivery and will be with you on Thursday, barring any unforeseen delays. We send chilled food out in specially insulated boxes that will keep food cool for up to 48 hours.

Broth: Water, coconut milk, shallots, edamame, soya chunks, curry powder, chilli, lemongrass, cinnamon, curry leaves, ginger, galangal, salt, sugar


Noodles: Rice


Toppings: Soy skin knots, tofu puffs, bean sprouts, grated carrot, green beans, lime, vegan egg(gram flour, garlic powder, garam masala, salt, black salt, springonions)


Broth: Edamame (soya), chx chunks (soya)


Toppings: Sofu (soya) 

HOB: Empty broth packet into a large saucepan, add 750ml water and bring to boil over medium heat. Add in the rice noodles and soy skin knots and gently boil for 3 minutes. Stir in the toppings (tofu, green beans, beansprouts, grated carrot) and simmer for a further 5 minutes until everything is hot all the way through. Add more water if necessary. Serve into 2 bowls, garnish with the eggs cut in half and a wedge of lime. Squeeze the lime over your dish before eating


Ensure food is piping hot all the way through before eating!


*DO NOT boil or cook the food in it's bag. We use home compostable, plastic-free bags made of natural ingredients that will disintegrate!
