OVEN: Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Remove satay from packaging and place, spaced out on a baking tray, drizzle with a little cooking oil. Cook in oven for 15 minutes, flipping half way
FRYING PAN: Warm a large, flat frying pan with some cooking oil to a medium/high heat. Remove satay from packaging and place skewers flat in pan. Cook for approx 10 minutes in total, rotating skewers occasionally to avoid sticking/burning
BBQ: Preheat bbq with a medium flame. Remove satay from packaging, drizzle a little oil over skewers and place on grill. Cook for 7 mins each side
Peanut sauce - eat cold out the jar, or:
HOB: Empty contents of jar into a small saucepan. Cook over a medium heat until gently boiling, remove from heat and serve. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a little water whilst heating up
Cut up cucumber and red onion into bitesize chunks, serve as a side with the nasi impit. Don;t heat the nasi impit.
Ensure heated food is piping hot all the way through before eating!
