Description

Our favourite way to eat Cucur Udang is with a squeeze of lime and big dollop of Sambal mayo on top but they also make a great side in any Malaysian feast!

All our chilled food is delivered ready to heat! Store in the fridge until best before date or keep in the freezer for up to 3 months and defrost in the fridge overnight before heating

Heating Instructions

OVEN: Preheat oven Fan 180°C | Electric 200°C |Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging and place fritters flat on a wire rack over a lined baking tray. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping half way through

Ensure food is piping hot all the way through before eating!

*DO NOT boil or cook the food in it’s bag. We use home compostable, plastic-free bags made of natural ingredients that will disintegrate!

Delivery

Orders will be delivered on alternate Thursdays – please check our delivery calendar for available dates at checkout page. Orders need to be placed by the Sunday before delivery date.

You need to place your order by Sunday night to receive it the following week.

Orders are then cooked and sent out from our kitchen on Wednesday via Parcel Force next day delivery and will be with you on Thursday, barring any unforeseen delays. We send chilled food out in specially insulated boxes that will keep food cool for up to 48 hours.
