Char kuey teow:  Wok fried flat rice noodles, beansprouts & prawns with lashings of soy sauce and hints of belacan ... this is the noodle dish you've been missing in your life! (available veggie or vegan, let us know your prefence when ordering)

Our portion size is suitable for one VERY hungry person or for 2 lighter meals

Wantan  mee for 2 comes with: 200g fresh egg noodles,  dreamy mushroom sauce, fresh pak choi, 1 x Sambal hijau (worth £4)

 

All our chilled food is delivered ready to heat! Store in the fridge until best before date or keep in the freezer for up to 3 months and defrost in the fridge overnight before heating

All orders will be delivered on Thursday the week after you place your order.

You need to place your order by Sunday night to receive it the following week.

Orders are then cooked and sent out from our kitchen on Wednesday via Parcel Force next day delivery and will be with you on Thursday, barring any unforeseen delays. We send chilled food out in specially insulated boxes that will keep food cool for up to 48 hours.

Char kuey teow: Rice noodles (water, rice, potato starch, tapioca starch), beansprouts, prawns (crustacean), eggs (egg), chives, garlic, soya sauce (soya, gluten), sambal belacan (chilli, belacan [shrimp], sunflower oil, sugar salt), sugar, salt, white pepper

 

Wantan mee: Egg noodles: Egg, wheat flour, water

 

Mushroom sauce: Dark soya sauce, kicap manis, maple syrup, white pepper, garlic

 

Pakchoi: pak choi 

 

Sambal hijau: Green tomatoes, green chillies, red chillies, garlic, ginger, lime juice, sunflower oil, salt

Char kuey teow: Shrimp, prawn, gluten, soya

Wantan mee: 

Noodles: egg, wheat

 

Sauce: gluten, soya

 

Char siu tofu: soya

 

 

Char kuey teow: 

HOB (recommended): Empty contents into a hot, oiled wok and fry for 5 minutes on high heat stirring continuously and adding more oil if necessary 

MICROWAVE: Empty contents into a microwavable bowl and microwave on high heat for 7 minutes stirring half way through.

Wantan mee: 

Noodles: 

Pan: Add noodles to boiling water for 3-5 minutes until cooked

Sauce

Pan / microwave: empty contents into pan or microwave safe bowl and heat until piping hot. Add water if needed

Combine noodles and sauce together and eat immediately

Pak choi: Blacken on pan or blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes after noodles

Tofu: Fry in a little bit of oil

Ensure heated food is piping hot all the way through before eating!

 

*DO NOT boil or cook the food in it's bag. We use home compostable, plastic-free bags made of natural ingredients that will disintegrate!
