All our food is delivered ready to heat! Store in the fridge until best before date or keep in the freezer for up to 3 months

All orders will be delivered on Thursday the week after you place your order.

You need to place your order by Sunday night to receive it the following week.

Orders are then cooked and sent out from our kitchen on Wednesday via Parcel Force next day delivery and will be with you on Thursday, barring any unforeseen delays. We send chilled food out in specially insulated boxes that will keep food cool for up to 48 hours.

Jackfruit Rendang: : jackfruit (sulphites), coconut milk, water, shiitake mushroom, shallots, lemongrass, desiccated coconut, sunflower oil, tamarind, coconut sugar, galangal, cinnamon, salt, chillies, kaffir lime leaves, star anise, cardamom, cloves

 

Tempeh Kapitan:  tempeh (soya bean), potato, coconut milk, water, green beans, onion, shallots, chillies, tamarind, sunflower oil, lemongrass, coconut sugar, garlic, galangal, ginger, turmeric, cashews, veg stock (celery), salt, kaffir lime leaves

 

Veggie Fritters:  flour (gluten), water, carrots, sweetcorn, beansprouts, sunflower oil, garlic chives, curry powder, salt, turmeric, garam masala, garlic powder

 

Coconut Rice: rice, coconut milk, water, lemongrass, pandan, salt

Jackfruit Rendang: sulphites

 

Tempeh Kapitan: soya, nuts (cashews)

 

Veggie Fritters: gluten

Curries

MICROWAVE: Empty contents into a microwavable bowl and microwave on high heat for 7 minutes stirring half way through.

HOB: Empty contents into a saucepan and cook on a medium heat, slowly bringing to boil. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring continuously. 

 

Fritters

OVEN: Preheat oven Fan 180°C | Electric 200°C |Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging and place fritters flat on a wire rack over a lined baking tray. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping half way through

 

Rice

MICROWAVE: Empty contents into a microwavable bowl and cover with lid/plate. Microwave on high heat for 3 minutes then remove the lid, fluff rice with a fork and return to microwave for a further 1 minute

 

Ensure food is piping hot all the way through before eating!

 

*DO NOT boil or cook the food in it's bag. We use home compostable, plastic-free bags made of natural ingredients that will disintegrate!
