This Malaysian favourite is named after the sourness from tamarind and spice from thai red chillies and we cook ours with okra, baby aubergines and freshly caught Rainbow trout from local, family run fish farm Brookleas.
Brookleas Farm are based just 20 miles away from the MMHQ and they deliver the freshest, most delicious, succulent Rainbow trout. Their farm and deli is also open to visitors so you can check it out for yourself! https://www.brookleas.com/

All our chilled food is delivered ready to heat! Store in the fridge until best before date or keep in the freezer for up to 3 months and defrost in the fridge overnight before heating
All orders will be delivered on Thursday the week after you place your order.
You need to place your order by Sunday night to receive it the following week.
Orders are then cooked and sent out from our kitchen on Wednesday via Parcel Force next day delivery and will be with you on Thursday, barring any unforeseen delays.

Tomatoes, trout (fish), shallots, okra, aubergine, water, lemongrass, tamarind, sunflower oil, chilli, coconut sugar, salt, galangal, tomato puree, belacan (shrimp)
HOB: Empty contents into a saucepan and cover with lid. Cook on a medium heat for 12 minutes, slowly bringing to boil and stirring continuously.
Ensure food is piping hot all the way through before eating!
*DO NOT boil or cook the food in it's bag. We use home compostable, plastic-free bags made of natural ingredients that will disintegrate!
